These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EZ Press DTF website and services. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services
EZ Press DTF currently offers custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services. All products are printed based on artwork or specifications submitted by the customer. We do not sell printers, supplies, or non-custom products at this time.
3. Use of the Website
By using this website, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
- You will not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Orders & Order Process
4.1 Placing Orders
All orders must be placed through our website. You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including quantities, sizes, artwork, and shipping information, before submitting your order.
4.2 Order Approval
By submitting an order, you confirm that:
- All information you provided is accurate.
- You have the rights or permission to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted.
- You understand that the final print quality depends on the quality and resolution of the artwork you provide.
4.3 Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, order cancellations are only accepted before production has begun. Once your order enters the printing or production process, it cannot be canceled.
4.4 Order Changes
Changes to artwork, quantities, or other order details may be requested before production begins. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been submitted, and no changes are possible once printing has started.
5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid.
5.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept payment by credit card through our secure online checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order.
5.3 Taxes
At this time, we do not charge VAT or sales tax through the website. If applicable tax requirements change, we reserve the right to update our tax practices accordingly.
5.4 Discounts & Coupons
Discounts and coupon codes may be introduced in the future. If offered, they will be subject to specific terms, including expiration dates and usage limits, which will be displayed at the time of promotion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders via UPS within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
6.2 Handling & Production Time
Typical production and handling time is 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received. This timeframe may vary based on order volume, artwork issues, or other operational factors.
6.3 Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the UPS service level and your location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
6.4 Risk of Loss, Delays & Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. EZ Press DTF is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
In such cases, customers should open a claim directly with UPS. We will assist with documentation where reasonably possible but are not obligated to replace or refund orders impacted by carrier issues.
6.5 Shipping Errors
If we ship to the wrong address due to our error, we will work with you to resend or resolve the issue at our cost. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs or losses are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
7.1 Custom DTF Prints
All DTF prints are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom prints due to customer error, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size, color, or quantity selected.
- Low-resolution artwork submitted.
- Typos or design issues present in the customer’s submitted artwork.
7.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you believe there is a print defect or we have sent the wrong items compared to your order confirmation, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos showing the issue.
If we determine the error is on our side, we may, at our discretion:
- Reprint and resend the affected items, or
- Issue a partial or full refund for the affected items.
7.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
8. Customer Artwork & File Responsibility
8.1 File Quality & Print Readiness
You are fully responsible for ensuring that any artwork, files, or designs you upload are suitable for printing, including resolution, color, and content. While we may review files for obvious issues, we are not obligated to check every file and do not guarantee to catch all problems.
8.2 Copyrights & Licensing
By uploading artwork or other content, you represent and warrant that:
- You either own the rights to the content or have obtained proper licenses or permissions.
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
You agree to be fully responsible for any legal claims arising from the content you provide.
8.3 Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes content we determine, in our sole discretion, to be:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing.
- Sexually explicit or obscene.
- Defamatory or illegal.
- A clear violation of trademark or copyright laws.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Customer Designs
Customers retain ownership of their own original designs and artwork that they upload for printing. We do not claim ownership of your designs solely by printing them.
9.2 Use of Customer Work for Marketing
EZ Press DTF may, from time to time, display images of printed products (including customer designs) on our website, social media, or marketing materials as examples of our work. If you do not want your designs used in this way, you may contact us at info@ezpresswholesale.com and request removal or non-use, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.
9.3 Website Content
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images (excluding customer designs), and layout, is the property of EZ Press DTF or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Press DTF and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any orders placed with EZ Press DTF shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or serving Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
